When does Midwest Fire Fest 2023 begin and end?
Midwest Fire Fest 2023 will be Saturday, July 22: 10am-10pm (artist booths until 6pm) to Sunday, July 23:10am-4pm.
Are tickets required?
Midwest Fire Fest is a free event, and general admission tickets are not required. There is art for sale, food and beverages for sale.
What does Midwest Fire Fest support?
While this event is hosted by Cambridge Arts Council and The Clay Collective, we actually are not making money, we are spending it! Many community organizations may be involved and use dollars earned during the festival to fulfill their mission in the community.

Where can I stay overnight during my trip to Midwest Fire Fest?
CAMPING
There are no public campgrounds right in Cambridge, but there are a number of options in neighboring communities.
Fort Atkinson – Pilgrim’s Playground
Lake Mills – Sandhill Station State Campground
Fort Atkinson – Jellystone Park
Stoughton – Viking Village (Camper/RV only. No tent camping)
Milton – Lakeview Campground (Camper/RV only. No tent camping)

How do I get to Midwest Fire Fest?
The festival grounds are at West Side Park on the banks of Koshkonong Creek right in downtown Cambridge.

From Madison: Take HWY 12/18 east to Cambridge.
From Milwaukee: I-94 west from Milwaukee; exit HWY 26 south; take HWY 18 west to Cambridge; turn left (east) onto HWY 12 (Main Street).
From Chicago: Take I-90 west towards Madison, exit HWY 73 north; turn right (east) onto county HWY PQ (Prairie Queen Rd).
PARKING
The Cambridge Library at 101 Spring Water Alley, Nikolay Middle School on Spring Street, and on W. Main Street.
Accessible parking spaces are available in the Cambridge Library parking lot. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits. All parking is first-come, first-served.
FOOD
There will be several food vendors set up during the event, and the park’s concession stand will be open during the day. Wine and craft beer will available for purchase in the beer tent. Open beverages are permitted throughout the festival grounds but may not be taken out of West Side Park.

Is there seating available?
West Side Park has a limited number of picnic tables near the playground, but there aren’t any tables or chairs on the lawn by the music stage. Everyone is welcome to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets to enjoy the shows.
Is Midwest Fire Fest accessible per ADA guidelines?
Most activities, art demonstrations, food and beverage areas, and art for sale are wheelchair accessible.
Do you have a lost & found?
Lost and found articles will be kept at the Information Booth.
What is not permitted at Midwest Fire Fest?
Midwest Fire Fest is a fundraiser, so please, no carry-in food or beverages. Also, no pets, fireworks, and firearms.
Is first aid available?
There is first aid available at the Information Booth.
Do you accept credit cards on the grounds?
Some vendors do, some do not. ATMs are available at Hometown Bank, and Badger Bank on Main Street.
Can I bring my service animal with me?
Yes, service animals are allowed, but we politely request that you leave your pets at home.
