This year’s Fire Feast dinner will feature a five-course farm to table dinner created by Chef Luke Zahm of Driftless Café, Viroqua Wisconsin. Luke is a James Beard semi-finalist who is frequently featured on Wisconsin Foodie and whose talent and passion for local food and community have made him a star of the Midwest food scene.
Dinner will be served on the Midwest Fire Fest grounds on platters and serving bowls created by The Clay Collective that will be available for purchase after the dinner.
The meal will end just in time for the hot reveal of a flaming 7-foot pottery sculpture that has been created and fired on site. Diners will be entertained by fire performers and live music.
Tickets are limited and include the meal, beer flights, and 2 glasses of wine.

Sunshine Brewing Company crafts beer in the Belgian brewing traditions. Like our Belgian brethren we set out to create beers that are complex in aromas and flavors providing a sublime drinking experience with no care for style or categorization.
Founded by Lane and Sherry Smith in 2017, Sunshine Brewing Company (SBC) has been a dream in the making for over a decade. Having moved from San Diego, CA in 2006 at the birth of the craft beer movement we brought with us our thirst for locally produced beers along with our never ending quest for adventure.
Lane has been home-brewing since 2007 and recently achieved the Craft Brewing Certification from Madison Area Technical College. With this in hand we knew it was time to build the dream and start our own brewery.
Throughout the years we have always been drawn to the beers of Belgium and we are excited to bring these incredible flavors to Wisconsin.
When you mix one-part Frank Peregrine, a serial entrepreneur, and one-part Laurie Peregrine an accomplished culinarian, you can be assured something good and tasty is about to happen.
Frank and Laurie Peregrine founded Cambridge Winery in 2013 and started planting vines in 2015. They have a 10-acre vineyard planted just north of the Event Center. Starting Cambridge Winery with wines made in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles California, their flagship wines are Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet, and Chardonnay which are everything you want in fine wines. The reds are complex and full, while their Chardonnay is dry and crisp, wines the Peregrines are proud of.
But these Midwesterners really wanted to showcase the bounty of Wisconsin. Working together with another Wisconsin winery and a respected Midwestern consultant, they have developed award winning wines from cold-hardy Marquette and St Pepin grapes, now growing in the Cambridge Vineyard, as well as their Proprietary blends: Founders Red, White and Rosé.
To pay tribute to the local culture they developed Camrock, a sweet white wine, and FireFest, am refreshing red wine great for the summer months.
